Hope everyone has had a good week! I’ve been doing quite a few times recently so there’s no harm in doing another one, right?! This time it’s the AM/PM tag! I’ve seen this on a few blogs recently – I love finding out about how everyone prepares for the day and gets ready for bed, as well as what products they use to cleanse! What’s your morning beauty routine?
I’m mostly working at home at the moment, but when I go out with family / friends or go to my admin job, I usually wash my face (with Simple facial wash or Garnier Micellar Water
), moisturise, then put on my makeup, which is usually mascara, eyeshadow, BB cream and eyeliner (if I can be bothered!).
What’s for breakfast?
I tend to have the same thing for breakfast, which is porridge with honey and berries. I’m trying to be healthy! But if I have more time, I’d have French toast with bananas and maple syrup. Yummy!
Coffee or tea?
I’m not keen on coffee or tea – I tend to have hot choc or fruit / herbal tea!
How long does it take you to get out the door?
Usually takes me an hour to eat, have a shower and get dressed etc, but if I wash my hair it takes 2 hours.
What’s your go-to makeup look on a fuss-free morning?
I’ve kinda answered this already haha! I just go for simple mascara, eyeshadow and foundation or BB cream.
What’s your evening beauty routine?
Wash face, then moisturise.
Snack time! What’s in the bowl?
CHOCOLATE! Especially white choc and Lindor! But, y’know, Ben & Jerry’s ice cream is good too!
How do you wind down and prep for bed?
I might have a shower and then read for a bit. I’ve just finished An Abundance of Katherines and I’m planning to read Rules of Attraction next!
