Hey guys!
Hope you’re all having a great week! Today I’m going to be sharing with you my February Watchlist. I can’t believe how many films I haven’t watched yet! Some of these films (i.e. The Other Boleyn Girl, Mona Lisa Smile and Crazy / Beautiful) have been around for years!
1. How to Be Single (for Valentine’s Day)
2. Charlie St Cloud (Love a bit of Zac Efron, and I enjoyed reading the book too. I’ll probably be crying the whole way through the film!)
3. Submarine (Submarine is basically about a teen who is besotted with his classmate)
4. Before I Go to Sleep (If you haven’t heard of Before I Go to Sleep, it’s a bit like Gone Girl & The Girl on the Train)
5. The Other Boleyn Girl (I loved this book, and Natalie Portman and Scarlet Johansson are brill. It also stars Eddie Redmayne – I hadn’t even heard of him back in 2008!)
6. Stuck in Love (because Lily Collins, Nat Wolff and Logan Lerman are my faves, and I love romcoms!)
7. Mona Lisa Smile (This film is about an all-girls college and it stars Julia Roberts, Kirsten Dunst, Julia Stiles, Maggie Gyllenhaal, Ginnifer Goodwin and Krysten Ritter)
8. Ginger and Rosa (This film looks really good. It’s about two best friends – portrayed by Elle Fanning and Alice Englert – who lived in London around the time of the Cuban Missile Crisis)
9. Boyhood (because it’s got so many good reviews and it’s on Netflix anyway)
10. It’s Kind of a Funny Story (I’ll literally watch anything with Emma Roberts in, she’s been one of my faves since the days of Unfabulous)
11. Begin Again (Can’t believe I haven’t seen this yet! Begin Again is a modern musical starring Keira Knightly, Adam Levine, Mark Ruffalo, James Corden and Hailee Steinfeld, and focuses on a young singer who moves to Manhattan)
12. 10 Years (Erm, because it stars Channing Tatum and it’s only 99p on Amazon)
13. Crazy / Beautiful (Kinda seems like Romeo & Juliet – ish)
14. Adventureland (Yet another film I’ve been meaning to watch for yonks! It’s been on Netflix for a while now so I really have no excuse not to see it! Jesse Eisenberg plays a college graduate who starts a new job at an amusement park and falls in love with a co-worker, portrayed by Kristen Stewart)
2. Charlie St Cloud (Love a bit of Zac Efron, and I enjoyed reading the book too. I’ll probably be crying the whole way through the film!)
4. Before I Go to Sleep (If you haven’t heard of Before I Go to Sleep, it’s a bit like Gone Girl & The Girl on the Train)

If I Have Time…
Honey (I’ve been meaning to see this for yeaaaars, I love dance movies!)
Charlie’s Angels (How have I never watched this?!)
Now and Then (Now and Then is a coming-of-age film that focuses on a group of four 12-year-old girls)
A Street Cat Named Bob (A Street Cat Named Bob is an inspirational story about a homeless man who turned his life around after a cat entered his life. It’s worth checking out the book if you haven’t already)
What films are on your February Watchlist? Have you seen any of the films on this list?
Serena
I love watching romance comedies during this specific month, I don’t know what it is but I would feel weird if I didn’t watch The Notebook in preperation to Valentines day. You have some great movies on your list 🙂
Thanks 🙂 I’ve never actually watched The Notebook, I’m planning to read the book first!
Love your wishlist! I really want to see & read a streetcar named bob.

These are great! And there are a ton of films on your list that I’ve heard of, but haven’t seen. I better get on it!
Hmmm… The only one’s I have seen are Mona Lisa Smile (loved it) and Charlie’s Angels… Looks like I’ve got some catching up to do!!
The Other Boleyn Girl is such a fabulous film! It differs a little from the original book (which I was also obsessed with), but it’s definitely worth a watch! Natalie Portman does a fab job as Anne! If you’re into the Tudor era, definitely watch the BBC series called The Tudors too, it’s on Netflix! Johnathan Rhys Meyers is Henry VIII and he is great!
