We’ve come to the end of March so today I’ll be sharing some of my favourite songs that were released during the last few weeks? This month’s playlist features 33 songs from artists like Demi Lovato, Stephanie Poetri, Nina Nesbitt, Bebe Rexha and Selena Gomez.

If you’re a regular reader of my blog, you’ll know that I’m a HUGE fan of Demi Lovato. I’ve loved her ever since she starred in Disney Channel’s Camp Rock back in 2008, and there’s literally not a single song by her that I don’t like (yes, even ‘Stars’ and ‘Who’s That Boy’ are lowkey bops). March has been a massive month for Demi, with the release of her heart-breaking docuseries Dancing with the Devil (in which she reveals what led to her 2008 overdose and what her life has been like since), and her new single, also called ‘Dancing with the Devil’. In addition, Demi has featured in numerous publications and announced that she will be releasing her seventh album at the beginning of April. It has 19 tracks on the standard edition, including her song with Sam Fischer (‘What Other People Say’), and new collabs with Ariana Grande, Saweetie and Noah Cyrus.

‘Dancing with the Devil’ is SUCH a beautiful song. It’s a powerful ballad that is brutally honest, like ‘Anyone’ and ‘Sober’. You’ll be unable to listen to it without crying.

March also saw the return of Selena Gomez, another singer who began her career on Disney Channel. On 12th March, Selena dropped her first Spanish EP ‘Revelación’. It’s quite a short EP, with only 7 songs, and swaps the pop sound of her last album ‘Rare’ for reggaetón and R&B. I hope Selena Gomez continues to record songs in Spanish because it really suits her voice!

Other standout songs from March include ‘Sacrifice’ (Bebe Rexha), ‘weapon’ (Against the Current), ‘How Good We Had It’ (Madilyn), ‘Leave The Door Open’ (Silk Sonic), and ‘Boohoo Baby’ (Snaggletooth – a duo I discovered through Jordan, one of my fave bloggers, who also starred in the music video).
